About Me
As a photo lab technician for National Camera Exchange & Video, I am responsible for processing and printing kiosk and online digital orders. I am proficient with Adobe Photoshop CS6 which I use for scanning, cropping and restoring customer's photographs. Whether working with our customers directly or receiving our orders online, I understand how special each photograph is in capturing a special event or moment in time.
Active in my community, I contribute to local news publications where my writing and photography has been featured in the Prior Lake American and Prior Lake Savage Monitor. Work ranges from interviewing leading businessmen, promoting special events and writing special feature articles.
Applying my 20 years experience in photography and graphic design I offer my creative services to businesses to; create new logos to revitalize a tired brand or business, create company brochures and other business literature, or support major events.
My greatest joy may be in photo restoration. I understand the importance of family and keeping memories of loved ones alive.
I restore photographs so they can be passed on through the generations to enjoy. Corrective services that I provide include color and density correction, contrast and saturation enhancement, conversion to black and white or sepia, cropping, deleting, or adding a person.
I also do removal of background objects, creases, dates, dust, scratches, stains, blemishes, glass glare, red eye, shine, and wrinkles. I restore stained and water-damaged photographs, repair cracked emulsion and tears.
